            Delegates Rowe and Manchin move to amend the bill on page 10, Section 2, lines 148 through 151, by striking out subdivision (1) in its entirety, and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

            “(1) A permanent physical injury rated at a total who person impairment level of at least ten percent (10%) as determined by the trier of fact, or”
